In our restaurant the personal activity with each beginner, whether it be cook or waiter. Each chief of restaurant: the director, his assistants, chief - cook - are divided by the knowledge in the area with the employees, introducing the ideas, transmitting positive experience, creating a unified command. All this activity is directed first of all on increase of a degree of service, development of the nonstandard creative approach, but besides it helps rallying of collective, creation of a unified command, which one is guided by general purposes.
