"Rakovsky Brovar"
In August, 1997 in a historical part of city
of Minsk known under a title " Rakovsky suburb " the restaurant - brewery
" Rakovsky Brovar " was opened.
The architectural solutions of a building, in which
one the restaurant is arranged, were not essentially changed, and the spirit
of an ancient building built in 1882 and known, as the House of celebrations,
was kept. At building and finish of restaurant - brewery
the quality materials and articles were used only.
The original design of a hall is fine is mated with
finish by valuable rocks of a tree and ceramics. In doublelevel restaurant -
brewery at the maiden level three halls are opened:
beer, Hunting and Sporting.
A galley and bar here places, where it is possible daily not only to try four
sorts of the unfiltered "live" beer, but also to see
process of its cooking, you see the minibeer factory
is behind a glass partition.
At the second level two halls - Viennese
and Byelorussian, and also one more small bar
with overflow of three sorts of beer place. In hot summer time many visitors
will prefer the upper terrace, and below to their services also small cosy yard.

Brovar and so fast this restaurant became popular
for Minsk inhabitant and visitors of capital.
