OUR ALIVE BEER
These strong and weak, dark and light grades
of the "alive" unfiltered beer already were grew fond to our visitors. For today
on a minibeer factory twelve grades of beer which can be divided into four groups
are developed and introduced.
To the first group concern:"Grashovae", "Pil'zenskoe",
"Monastyrskoe", " Gold of Rhine ", "Account". This light beer with the expressed
hop aroma. For their manufacturing light types of malt are used.
Grashovae 11 % light alk. 2,8
Light golden beer with pleasant hop gorchinkoj and thin hop aroma. Easy beer
which is distinguished with gentle foam and especial freshness.
Beer is awarded with a bronze medal at the International exhibition - fair "The
industry of beer-97".
Pil'zenskoe 12 % light alk. 3,2
Classical beer on the Czech technology. Light, very much sated, with prevalence
of thin hop bitterness and pleasant hop aroma.

Monastyrskoe 16 % light alk. 4,2
Strong light beer with the expressed hop bitterness and aroma.
Beer is awarded with a gold medal on International competition - tasting "BEER.

Golden beer with the high maintenance(contents) of the alcohol, strongly sated
with carbonic acid, with the expressed hop bitterness and hop aroma.

Rashodnoe 13 % light alk. 3,6
New light beer.
The Second group - dark beer. These are grades "Rakovskoe",
"Paljaunichae", " Old Vienna ", "Svjatochnae". For this group more complete
malt taste, amber color, easy hop bitterness and malt aroma is characteristic
Rakovskoe 12 % dark alk. 3,0
Dark beer of the average fortress, the sated amber color with the small contents
of hop and the expressed pleasant malt aroma.
Paljaunichae 14 % dark alk. 3,6
Dark beer of an average fortress, amber color, with moderate hop bitterness,
with the expressed malt taste and aroma.
Old Vienna of 13 % dark alk. 3,2
Original dark beer on a compounding of second half of 19 centuries with strongly
malt taste and easy hop bitterness. Typical Viennese beer
Svjatochnae 15 % dark alk. 4,0
Dark beer of red-amber color with the expressed malt taste and hop aroma.
Beer is awarded with a gold medal on International competitions - tastings "BEER.
- 2000.
The third group - grades "Starovilenskoe", "Kaljadnae"
- dark sredneohmelennoe the beer, the sated black - brown color with complete
malt taste.
Staravilenskoe 13 % dark alk. 3,2
Dark, sweetish, an average fortress beer with the expressed malt taste and karamel'nym
the aroma giving to a drink refinement and spice.
Beer is awarded with a gold medal on International competitions - tastings "BEER
- 98", a bronze medal at the International exhibition - fair "The industry of
beer-97", and also the honourable diploma at the International exhibition "BEER.

Kaljadnae 18 % dark alk. 4,5
Dense, many strong the sated black - brown color "warming" beer with complete
malt taste and aroma. Typical winter beer.
To the fourth group original "Wheaten" beer from
wheaten malt with small hop bitterness and the aroma, strongly sated with carbonic
acid concerns
Wheaten 12 % light alk. 3,2
"White beer" riding fermentation(unrest) with small hop bitterness and
aroma, harmonious taste and original kislinkoj, strongly sated with carbonic
acid. This beer is known in Europe as beer "Vajtsen", uses there huge popularity.
Beer is awarded with a silver medal on International competitions - tastings
"BEER - 98", and also the honourable diploma for excellent quality at the International
exhibition - fair "The industry of beer-97".
Perhaps, you are not sure, what beer is a product
which will be of use for you? Listen to experts, and they will convince you
of the opposite. Beer not only promotes improvement of digestion. It contains
vitamin PP and vitamins of group B. If to you of nothing speak letter designations,
we shall decipher:
Vitamin B1 - your assistant at avitaminosises, nevritah,
